Timing belts with profiles (also known as cleats) allow for innovative design solutions for dividing, stepping and positioning. And the profies  are made of the same abrasion resistant polyurethane as the timing belts. There has two methods to make the profiled belts , one is made the profiles with belts in one mould, the profiles not easier to fall out  ,and the second methods is weld the profiles on the belts,we can weld them on any of our belt types,and We use thermal technology to weld profiles to the belt back in any desired number and sequence.Profiles are available in many compounds and are applied in various ways,our Applications Engineers can work with customers to design any profile to meet customer's specific requirements
